Matt is a senior HR leader with extensive experience across multiple sectors, specializing in People and Culture. Having previously supported the GCN team in Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, and Change Management, Matt joined the NXF Board in February 2025.
With a career spanning the semi-state, private, and NGO sectors, Matt has focused on organizations that connect the island of Ireland and the communities within. Passionate about team performance and leadership development, he is committed to shaping the leaders of tomorrow.
Matt is inspired by NXFs mission to challenge the status quo, celebrate diversity, and empower marginalized groups within the LGBTQ+ community and beyond. As a Board Director, he focuses on strategy, governance, and oversight, with a particular emphasis on supporting the GCN team and driving operational excellence.
